1. About Our Products

We sell giclee art prints of original paintings by Heather Ridenour, available in various sizes. Product descriptions, sizing, and pricing are provided on each product page. Colors may vary slightly from the original artwork due to screen display differences.

2. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, photographs, and content on this Site are the original creation of Heather Ridenour and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a print gives you a personal, non-commercial license to display the physical print — it does **not** grant any right to reproduce, scan, photograph for resale, distribute, or create derivative works from the artwork, in whole or in part, without prior written permission.

3. Orders & Payment

- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability

- Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price charged

- Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment system at the time of order

- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Santa Barbara, California.
